Label Design - Lost Acres HoneyI worked with Lost Acres Honey to create a signature label. I worked with Jim, owner of Lost Acres honey, first to understand his brand mood, asking about the message he was trying to get across. He is a responsible beekeeper and cares a lot about the purity of his honey and extracting it in a way that preserves flavor and quality. He works hard to keep his bees healthy, especially in this difficult time for honey bees. He has become the local bee authority in his neighborhood and is the one people call when they need help. This label represents his professional but approachable work and the flight path of a bee.

Wedding MonogramI designed a monogram as a wedding present to my friends Chadd and Crystal. They were so excited about it that they used it in as many places as possible in their wedding.

Pillar NutritionBrigitta Hamilton is a personal Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). Originally called "First Steps", Brigitta focused a lot on being an educator of nutrition and going step by step. Eventually the identity morphed into Pillar Nutrition, based on the 5 Pillars of Nutrition. Brigitta wanted to represent fresh and organic foods, and forming a good foundation for her clients.
I went through many different iterations but settled on this last graphic style, a strong pillar with a thriving vine. |
NOM CreativeNOM Creative is a high end Wedding Photography business that has a very distinct style. Ben Lucas, the photographer, asked me to illustrate an album cover as an extra treat for his clients. I experimented with various styles, and the final version fit very well with the wedding theme.
